Job summary

Texas Health Mansfield seeks a seasoned imaging operations leader to onboard, train, and develop technologists and new hires, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with radiologists and departments to optimize imaging services, participate in quality improvement, maintain equipment, and supervise staff while upholding ALARA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ leadership experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience in imaging/radiology operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, orient, train, and assess technologists and new hires.
• Support leadership with performance reviews and coaching.
• Collaborate with radiologists and departments to optimize imaging services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ALARA compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and supply inventory.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of imaging staff to ensure safety and quality.
