Discuss financial responsibility with patients, maintain accurate patient account information, verify insurance, obtain authorizations/referrals. This position requires the ability to learn and retain a broad base of knowledge concerning all examinations and make quick, independent decisions using good judgment. Work situations require a service-oriented individual with the ability to respond to physicians, patients and families with empathy, respect and understanding.
