Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Proficient with Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) required.
• Five years of related work experience required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Executive Director and Imaging Services leadership.
• Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, agendas, memos and annual reports; answer calls and relay messages.
