Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; healthcare admin experience required.
• Minimum two years of administrative healthcare experience.
• Experience with Epic is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support imaging department and radiologists with administrative tasks to increase efficiency and safety.
• Track, report, and communicate radiologic findings to ordering providers.
• Review exams changed by protocol updates and obtain new orders and prior authorization as needed.
• Approve add-on imaging studies using predetermined criteria per subspecialty sections.
• Relay technical issues to IT as directed by Radiologists.
• Coordinate dialogue between providers and retrieve documents for report addendums.
