Holy Cross Hospital - Mountain Point in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a Manager, Imaging to provide strategic leadership for imaging modalities, manage budgets, and influence planning. You will lead supervisors and imaging staff, foster a patient-centered culture, and ensure high-quality, safe imaging services across the department.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and relationship-building with physicians, staff, and other departments to support outstanding care and operations

Competenze

• Requires Associates degree or certificate to qualify for the role.
• Three (3) years of leadership experience in a role such as Unit Manager, Radiology Supervisor, or Team/Section Leader.
• Strong knowledge of financial and business aspects of imaging.
• Current RN license or ARRT, NMTCB and/or ARDMS registry.

• Leads department success including patient/physician/employee satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and budgeting stewardship.
• Oversees operations of the assigned imaging department.
• Maintains compliance with the operational budget and assists with budget planning.
• Ensures quality and safety of the imaging department per regulatory agencies.
• Hires, mentors, coaches, and develops staff to reach outcomes.
• Establishes positive rapport with physicians, staff, and other departments.
