Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Manager of Imaging Services to lead the Center's activities and resources in alignment with the hospital's mission and objectives. The role involves directing imaging operations, managing personnel, and maintaining strong physician relations in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), with 5+ years of imaging leadership experience, excellent communication, and strong judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 years clinical leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant imaging experience including management of personnel, budgets, and physician relations.
• Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.

Responsibilities

• The Mgr, Imaging Services manages the Center's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the practice. Reports to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging.
