Qualifications

• Associates degree or program certificate required.
• Three years of leadership experience in imaging leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of the financial and business aspects of imaging.
• Current RN license or ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the imaging department and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee department operations and regulatory compliance.
• Manage operating and capital budget planning and adherence.
• Ensure quality and safety in line with regulatory agencies.
• Hire, mentor, coach, and develop staff to meet outcomes.
• Establish positive rapport with physicians, staff, and other departments.
