Qualifications

• Senior leader with track record of performance improvement and coaching.
• Experience in medical practice operations, revenue cycle management and strategic planning.
• Understanding of facility operations, employment law and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic operational and financial performance of service lines.
• Directly supervise operational leadership in each service line.
• Lead teams to improve systems and develop clinic processes to enhance patient experience and fiscal performance.
• Develop systems to ensure brand standards and operational excellence across regions and service lines.
• Identify and evaluate new revenue streams with research, business plans, and proposals.
• Develop capital, expense, and revenue budgets and manage expenditures.
