Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior leader for the Radiology Support department in Wisconsin. The role oversees imaging operations, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and cost management within a busy, multi-modality environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Health Care Administration or related field, 7 years in a large radiology setting, and 3 years in management. On-site, 40 hours/week with Monday–Friday schedule and rotating call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field.
• 7 years of experience in a large, complex radiology department with multiple modalities.
• 3 years of management experience in staff, budgets and modalities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee imaging function initiatives, including PACS and radiation safety.
• Manage quality assurance programs ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Monitor service fees and align pricing with guidelines.
• Oversee equipment service programs, budgeting, and capital planning.
• Lead HR activities: recruitment, evaluations, and staff development.
• Develop operating and capital budgets within approved objectives.
