Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a senior radiology administrator to lead a large, multi-modality imaging department, overseeing operations, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role includes budget planning, capital equipment management, staff HR, and collaboration with medical staff; requires 7 years in radiology with 3 years in leadership.

On-site role, Monday–Friday with rotating call; 40 hours/week; benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field required.
• Typically requires 7 years of experience in a large, complex radiology department with multiple modalities including Nuclear Medicine.
• Includes 3 years of management experience in staff, budgets, and multiple modalities at the director level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates a system approach to imaging functions including infrastructure, compliance, and PACS.
• Maintains a Quality Assurance Program to ensure high patient care.
• Ensures imaging services comply with The Joint Commission and other standards.
• Monitors fees and pricing to align with departmental guidelines.
• Oversees equipment service programs and capital budgeting for imaging services.
• Manages maintenance agreements to control costs and ensure compliance.
• Performs HR responsibilities including hiring, evaluations, and staff development.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures.
• Ensures adherence to ethical conduct policies.
