Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health's Imaging Services Manager oversees the Center's activities and resources to align with the mission, values, and objectives, and reports to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or 5 years of leadership in imaging), 5 years imaging leadership experience, strong communication, critical thinking, and proficient MS Office/Google Suite skills.

Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 years clinical leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant imaging experience to include management of personnel, budgets, and physician relations.
• Within the scope of the job, it requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Responsibilities

• The Mgr, Imaging Services manages the Center's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the practice.
• Reports to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging.
