Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Manager of Imaging Services to oversee a multi-modality imaging center, ensuring alignment with mission and regulatory requirements. You will manage staff, budgets, vendor relations, and performance metrics to drive high-quality patient care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of clinical leadership in imaging, with strong communication and budget management skills. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years clinical leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years imaging experience including management of personnel, budgets, and physician relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees a multi-modality imaging center with modalities including radiography, nuclear, ultrasound, MRI, PET-CT, CT, mammography, X-ray, and DEXA.
• Develops and implements center goals, plans and standards aligned with clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Manages center operations, including care delivery, IT, service levels and complaint management, to meet performance and quality targets.
• Plans staffing activities, including hiring, orientation, evaluation, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares and manages center budgets and coordinates internal/external audits.
• Leads and mentors supervisory staff to build self-sufficient leaders.
