Job summary

You will prepare budgets, allocate resources to meet financial targets, oversee QA/QC, and ensure compliance with privacy standards while sharing results.

Collaborate with radiology supervisors on staff recruitment and development, implement policies, and drive continuous improvement across the imaging department.

Responsibilities

• Direct imaging services to meet department goals and ensure patient experience and staff engagement.
• Plan, direct and evaluate technical aspects of imaging department services and programs.
• Oversee QA/QC programs and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Develop and safeguard patient data privacy and safe sharing of images and results.
