Job summary

Emerus is seeking a Director of Imaging Services to plan, organize and direct the diagnostic imaging operations for assigned hospitals in New Freedom, PA. The role ensures high-quality imaging, cost efficiency, and compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.

You will work with hospital administration and clinical consultants, supervise staff, manage facility and equipment, and lead CQI activities to improve performance in line with ACR, DNV standards.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree in Radiological/Physical Sciences required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Radiological/Physical Sciences.
• ARRT certification in Radiology/CT required or CT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct Imaging Services operations across locations and ensure compliance with all regs.
• Monitor performance, staffing and equipment for efficient patient care and cost control.
• Maintain facilities and equipment to support quality imaging and patient safety; ensure licensure and QA standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and departments to improve patient care and performance improvement activities.
• Lead CQI activities and ensure adherence to ACR, DNV, and radiation safety regulations.
