Job summary

The role emphasizes patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance within the imaging department, guiding staff and coordinating with leadership to maintain excellence in imaging services.

Qualifications

• Technical school diploma in a medical imaging field.
• Graduate of an accredited medical imaging program or specialized diploma.
• CAHEA-certified diagnostic medical sonography or related program.
• RN or radiology technologist registrations may be required at hire.
• Experience in staff supervision and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate imaging staff and workflows.
• Perform and supervise diagnostic imaging procedures as assigned.
• Manage department quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee supply inventory, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Participate in staff orientation, training, and evaluations.
