Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Onboarding, training, and competency assessment experience.
• CPR/BLS and radiology-related certifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding, orientation, and competency assessment of technologists and new hires.
• Support leadership in performance management and coaching.
• Collaborate with radiologists and departments to ensure timely imaging services.
• Participate in quality improvement, image quality audits, and process improvements.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and daily workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
• Supervise technologists and imaging operations to ensure safe, high-quality care.
