UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Aurora, CO seeks a Director of Imaging Services to lead a large imaging portfolio across hospital-based and outpatient sites. The role oversees 250+ FTEs, 7 direct reports, and is responsible for operations, staffing, and strategic capital deployment.

The position is onsite with no remote option, reporting to the Vice President of Operations, and emphasizes safety, regulatory readiness, and patient-centered care.

Formación

• Minimum education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program; Master's degree required.
• Licensure: ARRT/ CNMT/ RDMS, state licensure as required.
• Minimum experience: 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee imaging operations across hospital and outpatient sites, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.
• Drive workflow consistency, staffing, performance standards and regulatory compliance.
• Use analytics to optimize throughput, capacity, equipment performance and patient experience.
• Lead imaging teams and partnerships with radiologists and leaders; manage budgets and capital plans.
