Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Director of Imaging Services responsible for operational leadership across imaging departments. The role focuses on clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship within the facility.

The Director partners with clinical and administrative leaders on capital planning, technology adoption, and workforce development to improve patient access, service quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities; strategic planning.
• Budgeting, billing, cost accounting familiarity; HR concepts.
• Customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Extensive Radiology Sciences knowledge (Diagnostic, CT, MRI, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years in supervision/management of imaging dept.
• Experience working in UC and/or union environment.
• Ability to collaborate with patients and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle workload and change.
