University Health is seeking a Director of Radiology Services for Retama Hospital to oversee imaging operations and administration as the health system expands. You will lead a growing department, ensure alignment with hospital leadership, and drive excellence in patient imaging services.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Radiology Services, you will participate in committees, coordinate across departments, and advance imaging initiatives to support patient care and organizational goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field is required.
• Two years of management experience at Director/Assistant Director level preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in institutional committees to ensure communication between radiology and other departments.
• Communicates departmental goals and milestones with staff outside radiology.
• Interfaces with management and personnel from other departments and external organizations to advance University Health goals.
• Promotes imaging services to clinical and administrative leadership and supports improvement initiatives.
