Central Carolina Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Director of Imaging Services to lead the department, ensuring safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging while managing staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strategic oversight and collaboration with physicians and hospital leadership to advance imaging services.

The Director will drive evidence-based practices, supervise staff, and coordinate with other departments to optimize patient care and service delivery

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• ARRT certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Imaging Services within an acute care hospital.
• Direct daily department operations, staffing, patient care delivery, quality and performance initiatives, regulatory compliance, budgeting and resource management.
• Lead imaging staff development, promote evidence-based practices and continuous improvement, collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership.
