Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to oversee radiology procedures, ensure patient safety, and coordinate staff training in a high-volume setting. The role acts as a liaison with referring physicians and hospital leadership to meet service goals.

Responsibilities include managing equipment performance, budgets, payroll, staffing, and regulatory compliance across NJ facilities. Strong CPR/CEU maintenance and 3+ years of technologist experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of formal Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a staff technologist.
• Must maintain CEU credits and CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Supervise radiology procedures to ensure diagnostic quality and patient safety.
• Coordinate with modality leadership for staff training and competency.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and regulatory compliance (ACR, Joint Commission, NJDOH).
• Manage department scheduling, payroll, and onboarding activities.
