Job summary

St. Tammany Health System in Covington, LA, is seeking an Imaging Services Navigation Supervisor to oversee patient-navigation workflows across imaging programs, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.

You will lead a team of navigators and coordinate with the Imaging Services Manager to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role requires graduation from an accredited radiology technology program, ARRT registration and state radiology license, plus at least five years

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiology technology program.
• ARRT registered in Radiology and state licensed in radiology by the LSRT required; post modality certification and multimodality background knowledge preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of imaging experience required.
• Must possess strong critical thinking, guest relations, and decisive leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient-navigation and communication workflows within Imaging Services.
• Lead a team of navigators and coordinate with other imaging programs.
• Promote CARES standards and follow up on patient issues, complaints, and concerns.
• Improve patient satisfaction, care continuity, and operational efficiency.
