Job summary

Bronson Healthcare's Mary Coleman Breast Health Center in Battle Creek is seeking a part-time Imaging Services Assistant to support Radiology operations and patient care. You will help manage patient and record flow, assist patients and visitors, and coordinate with providers while maintaining safety and HIPAA standards.

Your role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking to ensure accurate results and timely service in a busy imaging environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately communicates appointment instructions and reminders to patients.
• Ensure stock is replenished in the work area.
• Send out, pick up, and deliver mail throughout radiology departments during weekdays.
• Assist patients, family, and visitors in navigating throughout the campus.
• Be up to date on Bronson policies and department procedures.
• Reviews incoming faxes and routes orders, reports, and documentation correctly.
