Job summary

Bronson Breast Health (BMH) is seeking an Imaging Services Assistant I for a part-time role to support the Radiology department. You will help with patient check-in, appointment reminders, and basic clerical tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will coordinate with care teams, ensure documentation accuracy, and assist patients and visitors across the campus. Flexibility with weekends/holidays and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6 months related customer service experience.
• BLS certification within the first 90 days and maintained quarterly.
• General medical terminology knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate appointment instructions and reminders to patients.
• Ensure stock is replenished in the work area.
• Send out, pick up, and deliver mail throughout radiology departments.
• Assist patients, family, and visitors in navigating the campus.
• Navigate patients across the campus efficiently and safely.
• Prepare results for providers and patients for mail out.
• Review incoming faxes for Radiology and route orders and records.
