Bronson Breast Health is seeking an Imaging Services Assistant I to support the Radiology department at Bronson Methodist Hospital. This part-time role focuses on patient and record flow, exam prep, and ensuring smooth operations in a busy imaging setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays as needed, with a commitment to excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6 months of related customer service experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with software; proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal, written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Communicate appointment instructions and reminders to patients.
• Maintain stock in the work area and deliver mail within radiology.
• Assist patients, family and visitors in navigating the campus.
• Answer radiology calls and route appropriately; prepare results for providers and patients.
• Review incoming faxes and route orders, reports and documentation.
• Assist in preparing patients for exams; help with intake and check-in.
