Job summary

Bronson Healthcare Group is seeking an Imaging Services Assistant to support the Radiology department at Mary Coleman Breast Health Center, Battle Creek. This role involves ensuring smooth patient and record flow, and delivering excellent customer service to patients and staff.

The position is part-time with benefits eligibility, requiring the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed, and to navigate the campus and Epic/PACS workflows efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6 months related customer service experience.
• BLS certification within 90 days and maintained quarterly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately communicates appointment instructions and reminders to patients.
• Ensure stock is replenished in the work area.
• Assist patients, family, and visitors in navigating throughout the campus.
• Prepare results for providers and patients for mail out.
• Reviews all incoming faxes for Radiology and routes orders, reports and documents.
