Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of office software and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and staff; answer calls and provide information.
• Schedule appointments and enter orders; maintain patient records.
• Scan documents into PACS and manage patient demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with pre/post procedure room setup and basic patient care tasks as needed.
• Support clerical and administrative functions to ensure efficient patient flow.
