Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• English language proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Experience: 1 year specialized experience per GS-6 level (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling and related administrative tasks.
• Enter and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with transfers, referrals, and coordination of care across services.
• Maintain patient flow and support communication among clinicians.
