Community Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Support Clerk II to provide essential clerical support for physicians, technical staff, and patients. You will help accelerate imaging services, schedule appointments, and manage records with attention to detail.

The role also involves mentoring colleagues, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring accuracy in documentation within a fast-paced imaging environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a Diagnostic Imaging setting preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical coverage plans (HMO, PPO, state programs) with registration and point-of-service collections.
• Proficient in scheduling diagnostic imaging appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support to physicians, technical staff and medical staff to expedite diagnostic imaging services.
• Serves as a mentor for other staff.
• Registers and schedules diagnostic imaging services.
• Assists with patient inquiries and maintains accurate records.
