Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in health care setting preferred.
• Experience with scheduling in Epic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling support for procedural and orders-based services.
• Coordinate access to complex hospital, clinic, or specialty service scheduling, registration, or prior authorizations.
• Obtain prior authorizations for high-tech imaging procedures; send and track documents.
• Enter data accurately into electronic medical records and scheduling systems.
