Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for MRI, CT, and Ultrasound procedures.
• Greet patients warmly and promptly.
• Gather patient and insurance information efficiently and accurately.
• Obtain pre-authorization of various radiology procedures with insurance companies.
• Call and remind patients of their appointment 24 hours prior to scheduled time.
• Provide CT exam instructions and preparation guidance.
• Reschedule appointments for patients and providers promptly.
• Work on an EHR system.
• Other duties as assigned.
