Asante in Grants Pass, Oregon seeks an Imaging Scheduling Representative to schedule and pre-register patients for services, collect current demographic and insurance information, and secure necessary pre-authorizations. You’ll work with referrals, authorizations, and financial screening teams to ensure financial clearance before service.

The role handles patient check-ins, takes payments, distributes CT prep, and makes reminder calls.

Qualifications

• Healthcare scheduling or front desk experience required.
• Front desk and patient financial screening experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for services.
• Collect demographics and insurance information for third-party payers.
• Secure pre-authorizations and financial clearance with referrals and scheduling teams.
• Check in patients, collect payments, and provide CT prep materials.
• Make reminder calls to patients as needed.
