Qualifications

• Medical Terminology coursework/training.
• 1 year medical clerical experience required.
• Associate's Degree or two-year vocational program in medical services preferred.
• 1 year medical scheduling experience with a radiology focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient imaging services (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Radiology).
• Schedule Mammography and bone density tests.
• Distribute clinically specific referrals, lab reports, and history and physical reports to imaging departments.
• Creatively manipulate schedules to optimize technologist/room/radiologist productivity.
