Job summary

Providence is seeking an Outpatient Scheduler to coordinate and schedule outpatient radiology and imaging services, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient patient access. This role acts as a liaison between patients, provider offices, registration staff, and imaging departments to enable accurate scheduling, timely communication and proper exam preparation.

Work location is Covenant Medical Center with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• 2 years of Customer service for Grace Clinic A16 (preferred).
• 1 year of medical scheduling/receptionist experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule outpatient radiology and imaging services while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient patient access.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, provider offices, registration staff, and imaging departments to facilitate accurate scheduling, timely communication and proper exam preparation.
