Women's Imaging Specialists LLC in Cumming, GA is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to manage patient appointments across multiple imaging sites. You will handle high-volume calls, data entry, and coordinate referrals while delivering excellent customer service and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years in a physician's office, proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, and the ability to learn our EMR system.

Qualifications

• Must be a High School graduate (or equivalent) and must have 2 years of related work experience in a physician's office.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) and the ability and willingness to learn scheduling and EMR software.
• Prior knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA requirements is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule routine and diagnostic services for multi-site imaging provider.
• Understand facility-specific scheduling requirements and variations.
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls with exceptional customer service.
• Accurate data entry of medical appointments, instructions, patient information, and chart notes.
• Create and maintain referring provider information.
• Collaborate with medical staff and referring provider offices.
