Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Medical Terminology.
• 1 year of medical clerical experience required.
• Associate's Degree in medical services or completion of two year vocational program with emphasis on medical services.
• 1 year of medical scheduling experience with a radiology focus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient imaging services including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine and Radiology.
• Schedule Mammography services and bone density tests.
• Distribute referrals, lab reports and histories to imaging departments.
• Optimize schedules for technologist/room/radiologist productivity and revenue.
