Job summary

You will enter orders into the EMR, track reports, and collaborate with providers to ensure timely, high-quality patient care while maintaining logs and supporting staff during high-volume periods. Pay rate is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with referral processes and imaging order handling.
• Ability to handle confidential information per policy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Computer proficiency in electronic health record systems and ADP (or similar).
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on referrals for specialties or diagnostics.
• Enter and manage imaging orders in EMR per provider instructions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain logs of referrals and imaging orders; track reports in the EMR.
• Assist outside agencies to help patients access resources when needed.
• Attend meetings with physicians; educate staff on referral and imaging processes.
