Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals for specialties or diagnostics and follow up on status.
• Enter and verify imaging orders per provider instructions and protocols.
• Inform and educate patients, providers, and staff with necessary details.
• Log and track all referrals and imaging reports in the EMR.
• Collaborate with outside agencies to assist patients with access to resources.
• Attend meetings with physicians and staff as needed and support staff training.
