Job summary

OptumCare Everett Clinic seeks an Imaging Records Clerk to manage patient imaging records and support the Radiology team. Duties include fulfilling requests from patients and facilities, preparing CDs, and uploading images via PACS, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role requires accuracy in data entry, strong communication, and proficiency with imaging systems such as EPIC and RIS, ensuring timely and secure handling of records.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with typing accuracy and grammar skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in Radiology data management.
• Good customer service and communication with patients, staff, and public.
• Familiarity with imaging-related information systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills imaging records requests for patients and external facilities.
• Prepares imaging records for pick-up, mail, electronic transfer, and faxes.
• Pushes/uploads images via PACS to external facilities.
• Enters releases in Epic for patient imaging and reports.
• Loads CD images and digitizes external films into PACS TEC patient records.
