Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. seeks an Imaging/Radiology leader to head a dynamic department of 35+ imaging professionals across CT, MRI, X-ray, mammography, and more. You will drive operational excellence, improve patient access, and mentor the imaging team.

You will partner with physicians and clinical leaders to deliver outstanding patient outcomes while guiding strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years imaging leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and imaging regulations.
• Experience in staff development and performance management.

We're Looking For

• 5+ years of clinical imaging experience (Radiologic Technology, Ultrasound, Mammography, or Nuclear Medicine)
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing radiology teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff development
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, imaging regulations, accreditation standards, financial management, and quality improvement
