Job summary

Medasource is seeking a Travel CT Tech for a assignment at HCA HealthONE Swedish in Englewood, CO. The technician will operate GE CT scanners and support acute care imaging across a 7A–7:30P schedule with Tuesday and Thursday shifts and a floating day as needed.

Required are ARRT (R), BLS, and 6 months acute care CT experience. Knowledge of Stroke/Trauma imaging and IV skills are preferred to enhance patient care and workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital CT tech experience
• BLS certification is required
• ARRT (R) certification required

• Number of Beds – 3 CT scanners, soon to be 4
• Number of Staff – 13, 8 FT, 1 PT, 3 PRN, 1 Transporter
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift – 1 charge, 4 day techs, 2 mid-shift, 1 transporter M-F
• Night Shift – 2 techs
• Patient Ratios – N/A
• Type of equipment – GE Revolution 512 scanner, GE Evolution 128 scanner, GE 64 slice scanner in OP, and 128 GE Frontier to go live 10/6/20
• EMR – Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital CT Tech experience
• BLS
• ARRT (R)

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these sills will be considered first.
