Responsibilities

• Answers telephones promptly and screens/transfers messages.
• Schedules tests and enters outpatient imaging orders.
• Collects self-pay, co-pays, and patient deductibles; handles insurance matters.
• Obtains authorization information from insurances and verifies CPT/ICD codes.
• Maintains records and ensures smooth workflow across imaging sub-sections.
