Qualifications

• Experience interacting with the public is required; 2+ years in hospital/clinical receptionist roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for Covid and infectious diseases; provide PPE as needed.
• Register patients and verify insurance; ensure accurate exam orders and patient prep.
• Educate patients, families and staff on exam processes and hospital policies.
• Maintain waiting area cleanliness and patient flow; assist with financial assistance as needed.
• Document and transcribe information; ensure timely delivery of diagnostic imaging reports.
