Qualifications

• Computer skills with ability to use a PC and hospital systems.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to read physicians' orders and prescriptions.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate data from patients, physicians, payors and attorneys to provide requested services.
• Interact with Hospital Information System and Radiology Information System to perform duties.
• Ensure data completeness and resolve data issues.
• Enter data into computerized registration system and verify accuracy in patient records.
• Scan documents into radiology information system.
