Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior HTM leader to design, direct, and optimize Imaging services operations across facilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead cross-functional teams, and present performance metrics to local leadership and committees.

You will influence capital planning and budgeting while guiding teams through continuous quality improvement. Travel may be required to affiliated sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Clinical Engineering (imaging support) with 3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong decision-making and independent work ethic.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs daily Imaging services operations and urgent service handling.
• Ensures 100% program compliance with radiation safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Presents performance data to site leadership and committees to drive quality.
• Assists in operating and capital budget development and control.
• Acts as subject matter expert on Imaging capital equipment in local/region/state.
