Job summary

MedSmart Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking an Imaging Supervisor to lead daily operations across CT, X-ray, ultrasound and nuclear medicine.

In this leadership role, you will partner with the Imaging Manager to optimize patient flow, ensure high-quality care, and uphold regulatory standards while mentoring technologists and support staff. You will supervise staffing, manage schedules, support QA initiatives, and coordinate budgets, equipment maintenance, and supply management.

Qualifications

• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB or equivalent imaging credential required.
• 3–5 years of clinical imaging experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Knowledge of imaging operations, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with RIS/PACS and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day imaging operations across modalities.
• Supervise, mentor, and support imaging technologists and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and workflow to optimize patient throughput and efficiency.
• Assist with quality assurance, performance improvement initiatives, and departmental audits.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to maintain high standards of care.
