Job summary

NorthBay Health seeks a Supervisor of Diagnostic Imaging to lead clinical operations during daytime hours and support the Director in delivering high-quality, cost-effective imaging services. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to budget and education initiatives.

The role requires licensure in Diagnostic Imaging (CRT/CRTNM/ARDMS), BLS, and proven supervisory experience in a hospital setting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Licensed/registered in Diagnostic Imaging (CRT, CRTNM, or ARDMS) with good standing.
• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent).
• Four years in the discipline with at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to develop staffing plans and manage education programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competence in Diagnostic Imaging within licensure scope.
• Ensure department meets professional and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement staffing plans for the department.
• Assist in annual budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Oversee staff competency, training, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in hiring, disciplinary processes, and cross-department communication.
• Lead quality improvement activities and education programs for staff.
• Engage in community and organizational quality initiatives.
