Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related imaging field required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in closely related field required.
• 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director with daily operations of all Imaging areas as needed.
• Ensures workflow is organized and efficient and arranges staffing priorities.
• Interacts with patients, families, coworkers, medical staff and visitors.
• Supervises imaging staff and participates in education and performance evaluations.
• Develops and implements quality improvement processes and budgets.
• Manages budgets and procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and safety practices.
