Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in the functional area.
• 1+ year in a Radiology management/leadership position.
• ARRT certification or California Radiologic Technology Certification with IR/CT/US experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day workflow, patient flow, and scheduling to ensure efficient procedures.
• Lead, hire, and mentor technologists in IR and CT.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and radiation safety; oversee quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Interventional radiologists, APPs, and clinical leaders to develop best practices and drive change.
