Southern NH Medical Center invites a skilled Supervisor of Interventional Radiology to lead day-to-day IR operations and participate in procedures. The role blends clinical oversight with department administration in a high-volume setting.

The candidate will supervise staff, ensure safety and imaging quality, and coordinate schedules and payroll while advancing performance improvement and compliance with radiology standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology program (AMA-approved).
• Current ARRT(R) certification.
• State NH Medical Imaging License.
• Minimum of 3 years of radiology experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of radiology workflows and imaging systems (RIS, PACS).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Interventional Radiology department within budgeted FTEs.
• Assist in performing interventional and diagnostic procedures.
• Manage staff schedules, onboarding, payroll, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety standards, radiation shielding, and image quality.
• Maintain documentation and improve department workflows.
